Alex Holland Leaves Merrimack

Alex Holland Gameday

Merrimack freshman forward Alex Holland has left the program and is no longer enrolled at the college.

Holland appeared in 34 games last season for the Jr. Monarchs (EJHL), scoring seven goals and adding 10 assists. He spent the 2011-12 season in the British Columbia Hockey League, scoring 17 goals and 17 assists in 60 games with the Victoria Grizzlies.

Holland doesn’t appear to have plans to transfer; his family owns a business in Woburn.

Before his junior hockey career Holland was a standout at Woburn High School.
